Gravity IT Resources’ mission is to provide IT talent with compelling career opportunities and a powerful framework to build a life of significance and purpose.  One of the primary ways we achieve this mission is by engaging the entire local IT community to find the best candidates and assignments in the local market.  We know that great IT talent knows great IT talent – and wants to work with great IT talent!

Gravity IT Resources has built generous referral programs to encourage the local IT community to refer talented candidates and interesting assignments.  Our Candidate Referral Program rewards all members of the IT ecosystem for referring other, high-quality IT talent to Gravity IT Resources by contributing a portion of the referred candidates’ base pay back to the referrer as passive income. Similarly, our Assignment Referral Program rewards all members of the IT ecosystem for referring open IT positions and hiring managers to Gravity IT Resources by contributing a portion of the referred positions’ base pay back to the referrer as passive income.

The unique part of our referral program is that we pay out our referral fees over time, as passive income over the life of the assignment.  Our referral programs are open to the entire IT community – IT talent currently in perm/contract-to-hire/contract positions, IT hiring managers, HR professionals and industry consultants.  You don’t need to be employed by Gravity IT Resources to participate in our referral programs, there is no cap on referral earnings and the referral fees we provide do not affect the candidate’s compensation in any way.  Please review our Referral Programs and Referral Policies pages to learn more!
