One of the fastest-growing and largest Pediatric care providers in the US. Private Equity backed executing a roll up strategy to deliver pediatric services across the US with over +200 locations nationwide.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Gravity was engaged with this Healthcare client to support national growth plans. This organization is PE backed with plans to scale to 50 states via M&A activity with significant investments in technology to build a scalable infrastructure and integrate systems. The strategy included an enterprise wide implementation of eCW (EHR), the formation of an ePMO, Clinical Data Migration, and the emergence of a Digital Patient Transformation Program. Gravity IT Resources was chosen as a Preferred Partner to assist this organization with identifying, vetting and onboarding 3rd party consultants to assist in periods of high demand.

BUSINESS PROBLEM & OBJECTIVE

The Healthcare organization experienced a significant increase in projects as large M&A activity accelerated their transformation efforts post 2021 COVID-19 crisis.  This increased demand from largest acquisitions sites were taxing the clients team’s needed additional resources.
