Job Title: Contract Software QA Engineer

About Us: We are a custom solutions engineering team focused on building and supporting clinician and clinical-facing applications. Our tech stack includes C#, .NET, Angular, MySQL, and various AWS Cloud Serverless technologies like SNS, SQS, S3, and RDS. We use Azure DevOps for source control with Git and for our build and deployment pipelines. Our team follows Agile and Kanban practices and uses Azure DevOps for daily work and project tracking. We’re looking for a talented and motivated QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Proficiency in SQL.
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance and load testing tools.
Knowledge of C# and .NET for test automation.
Familiarity with Angular and front-end testing frameworks.
Experience working in an Agile development process.
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
