Job Title: SAP SD/OTC Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be located in Central or South America)
Job-Type: Contract

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Consultant to support a large-scale modernization and integration effort within an SAP ECC environment. This role will be a hybrid of configuration and testing and will require close collaboration with both business users and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OTC processes (from Sales Order through Billing), experience with third-party tax tool integrations, and familiarity with high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full OTC lifecycle in SAP ECC—from customer sales orders to billing—across multiple channels (customer portals, EDI systems, and SAP).
• Perform a 50/50 split of functional configuration and hands-on testing based on business requirements and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Design and implement configuration changes, write functional specs, and lead unit and integration testing efforts.
• Support ongoing process improvements and integration with third-party platforms (e.g., pricing/tax tools, transportation systems).
• Partner with technical/ABAP teams to validate functionality and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience with SAP ECC in an OTC functional capacity
• Proven hands-on experience with OTC configuration and testing, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Billing
• Experience working with or configuring pricing and tax tools (e.g., Vertex, Avalara, or custom tools)
• Ability to translate business processes into SAP configurations and test scenarios
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an Agile or iterative delivery environment
• Some understanding of ABAP or custom development (nice to have)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale, high-volume environments
• Familiarity with EDI and API integrations
• Experience in or exposure to Warehouse Management (WM)

Work Culture & Expectations:

• Strong spoken and written English required
• Must be available to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Flexibility for a bi-weekly 11 PM EST deployment/check-in is required
