Talent Agent

Your career path at Gravity IT Resources starts as a Talent Agent.  Gravity IT Resources’ Talent Agents manage all aspects of the recruitment process.  Your main focus is to conduct phone and in-person interviews to match IT talent with our open positions with clients.  You will strive to understand the current skills and career aspirations of our candidates and guide them to the best role fit.  Additional responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and checking references.

As a Talent Agent you will also develop your sales and account management skills by working closely with a Client Advocate mentor.  This important, on-the-job training gives you the ability to confidently deliver superior client service and eventually move into a Client Advocate role.

Client Advocate

The second step in your career with Gravity IT Resources will be as a Client Advocate.  Your primary responsibility as a Client Advocate is to understand the business objectives of your clients and the role their IT organization plays in achieving those objectives.  You will work with your clients to discover talent gaps in their IT organizations and help them bridge those gaps with our network of IT talent.  Client Advocates create long-term business partnerships between Gravity IT and businesses in your territory.

Building and maintaining relationships with Gravity IT clients through on-site meetings and at social events are your key responsibilities as a Client Advocate.  The role encourages and requires Client Advocates to expand Gravity IT Resources’ client base through networking and meeting new hiring managers.  The role requires a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and dynamic personality.

Another key aspect of the Client Advocate role is leadership, development and team building.  You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of Talent Agents to successfully fill our open client assignments.  The success and personal growth of the Talent Agents on your team is just as important as the success you have finding and growing our relationships with clients.


When you successfully master the Talent Agent and Client Advocate roles, you will be ready to take on a full-time leadership position.  Our Leaders help Gravity IT Resources open new territories and business lines and earn ownership in the company.  Your personal growth drives our corporate growth and we are there every step of the way to help you succeed.
