Duties:

– Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines

– Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control metrics and goals

– Monitor production processes to ensure compliance

– Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

– Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance

– Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions

– Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and procedures

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques

Experience:

– Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting

– Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality systems, and project management

– Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns

– Familiarity with PPAP compliance requirements

– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

– Strong communication and leadership abilities
