Job Title: Sr. SAP Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Job Type: Direct Hire

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to play a key role in an upcoming SAP S/4 implementation. This role combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to optimize supply chain operations. As a key member of the SAP Team, this individual will act as the primary liaison between the SAP Team and local SAP super users across all functions. Additionally, they will lead and manage business and system initiatives from a technical perspective.

This hybrid position is based in Cincinnati, OH, with up to 25% travel required during implementation and minimal travel thereafter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 supply chain functions in partnership with the system integrator.
• Analyze and map current business processes to future-state processes, leveraging SAP best practices.
• Configure and test supply chain processes to ensure compliance with GxP regulations and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop migration strategies for existing supply chain master data and transactions.
• Collaborate with business leads to develop validation documentation in line with CSV/CSA requirements.
• Define and drive the SAP Supply Chain Solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall IT & SAP strategic plans through coordination with SAP and IT teams.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 6-10+ years of experience in SAP Process Industry Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement), including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and support.
• Experience with SAP module integration (Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Order Management, Warehousing, Finance).
• Experience with Advanced Planning Solutions (preferred).
• 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4 experience preferred).
• SAP S/4 certification(s) (preferred).
• ITIL experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
