We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level Data Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing and Inventory (PMI), Source to Pay (STP), Order to Cash (OTC), Oracle Cloud ERP, and Data Management to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, and driving actionable insights for business decisions. You will play a critical role in enhancing the overall data management and ERP systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

  • PMI, STP & OTC Process Optimization:
  • Strong ability to interact with Oracle’s Process Manufacturing & Inventory (PMI).
  • Lead initiatives to enhance Source to Pay (STP) capabilities within the organization, ensuring streamlined operations and minimized manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, IT) to optimize the Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring efficient and error-free execution.
  • Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the current PMI, STP and OTC processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Expertise:
  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to ensure data accuracy, improve data integrity, and align business processes with system configurations.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to ensure smooth integration between Oracle Cloud ERP and other business systems.
  • Assist in the creation of custom reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud ERP to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Data Management & Governance:
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across various platforms and systems.
  • Support the data governance framework to ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement and enforce data quality measures, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and help design data-driven solutions that improve business processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years of experience focusing on PMI, STP, OTC, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Process Manufacturing & Inventory (PMI), Order to Cash (OTC) and Source to Pay (STP) concepts, workflows, and challenges.
    • Proven expertise in End-to-End Oracle ERP Implementation
    • SQL Experience- Access, write, and executive SQL queries
    • Data conversion experience for ERP Implementation
    • Experience in Jira
    • Experience in Agile environment
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications related to Oracle Cloud ERP or Data Management.
    • Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques.
