We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the re-architecture of our existing Salesforce system. This role will focus on key areas of the Sales and Service components, including Sales Compensation Models, Territory Engagement, B2B2C strategies, Salesforce Data Modeling, and best practice implementation. As part of this transformation, the Salesforce Architect will drive workshops, provide expert guidance, and ensure that the re-architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Salesforce System Re-architecture: Lead the re-architecture and optimization of our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud components, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Sales Compensation Models: Design, implement, and optimize Sales Compensation models within Salesforce, ensuring scalability and flexibility for business growth. • Territory Engagement: Oversee the design and implementation of Territory Management strategies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency. • B2B2C Strategies: Contribute expertise in developing B2B2C models, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and optimization for better customer engagement and business results. • Salesforce Data Modeling: Architect effective Salesforce data models to ensure high-quality data, integrity, and accessibility across business units. • Workshops & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer, share best practices, and ensure team alignment on Salesforce re-architecture. • Best Practices Implementation: Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and lead the development of scalable solutions that enhance functionality, performance, and user experience. • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, align technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Qualifications: • Experience: o Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with hands-on experience in the re-architecture of Salesforce environments, particularly in Sales and Service Clouds. o Strong expertise in Sales Compensation Models, Territory Management, B2B2C, and Salesforce Data Modeling. o Proven ability to work on complex projects involving system design, development, and implementation. • Skills & Expertise: o Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, frameworks, and methodologies. o Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Experience running workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and drive solution adoption. o Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate their needs into scalable technical solutions. • Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred). o Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). o Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
