Job Title: SAP WM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be located in Central or South America)
Job-Type: Contract

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join a large-scale SAP ECC environment undergoing significant integration and modernization. This role will support enhancements, third-party logistics integrations, and core WM functionality.
The consultant will play a key part in designing and configuring warehouse processes, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth data flow between SAP and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP WM processes within the ECC environment.
• Integrate SAP WM with external logistics and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Artic).
• Perform a 50/50 split of system configuration and testing, adapting to evolving business needs.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements, draft specifications, and implement changes within SAP WM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical resources to test and validate changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and system optimizations for high-volume environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ECC
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP WM configuration and customization
• Strong experience integrating SAP ECC with third-party warehouse or transportation systems (e.g., FedEx/UPS, Artic)
• Solid understanding of warehouse workflows including picking, packing, shipping, and goods movement
• Experience in functional design, testing, and validation
• Some familiarity with ABAP or debugging (nice to have)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-volume environments and fast-moving logistics operations
• Exposure to S/4HANA migration planning or early-stage analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between SAP WM and external platforms

Work Culture & Expectations:

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English required
• Must be available to work during EST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Flexibility to participate in late-night deployment calls (11 PM EST) every two weeks
