Job Description: PCI Compliance Specialist

We are seeking two PCI Compliance Specialists to join our team. These roles are urgent, with an immediate start date. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with PCI DSS compliance, version 3.2.1 / 4.0, and the ability to work remotely with in-office requirements on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Location:  Atlanta (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support internal PCI assessments and external audits.

• Provide advisory guidance on PCI DSS compliance, including network security, encryption, access control, and incident response.

• Collaborate with a small team within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space handling PCI and SOC audits.

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear communication of compliance issues to executives.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of PCI DSS experience; familiarity with version 4.0 preferred (candidates with version 3.2.1 experience will be considered).

• QSA or ISA certification preferred, but strong security assessment experience can substitute.

• Public accounting experience is beneficial but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility.

• Active participation in internal assessments and external audits.

• Smooth integration into the team with effective collaboration.

• Demonstrating strong communication and reporting skills to executive leadership.
