Overview
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating AI training efforts, ensuring proper documentation, and providing support to AI training team.. This role involves coordinating training schedules, tracking trainee progress, and maintaining comprehensive records. The coordinator will also handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, preparing space for in person trainings and initial license request triage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedule
- Issue training checklists
- Provide trainees with pre training material
- Track trainee progress
- Ensure proper documentation of training
- Provide recommendations on training materials, delivery, and instructors
- Schedule training with multiple stakeholders globally
- Manage and coordinate weekly updates and communications regarding AI literacy and training
- Oversee requisitions of goods and services, supporting AI Training needs
- Organize and maintain digital records
- Review ServiceNow license requests for CoPilot
- Manage communication requests per defined schedule
Required Experience and Skills
- Relevant experience in training coordination or administrative assistance
- Experience with MS 365 suite of tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency required, Portuguese also preferred
