Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint & Data Solutions Specialist to lead a Smartsheets to SharePoint migration initiative and help streamline internal operations through data organization, workflow automation, and reporting. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for someone who is technically hands-on, eager to learn, and can contribute to both project execution and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of operational data and logic from Smartsheets to SharePoint Online (or recommend alternative platforms if better suited).
• Recreate Smartsheet calculations and ensure accuracy of data and functionality post-migration.
• Organize file structures, permissions, and access levels within SharePoint.
• Develop custom forms to support business processes and automation (using PowerApps, Microsoft Forms, or other tools).
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or Excel to visualize key metrics.
• Work with APIs to integrate data across platforms where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint or reporting solutions.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability of internal systems.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with SharePoint development and administration.
• Experience working with Smartsheets and familiarity with migrating data to other platforms.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, or similar Microsoft 365 tools.
• Understanding of file organization, permissions, and data governance.
• Basic experience working with APIs or integrating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Background in data analytics or business analysis.
• Experience working in a Microsoft-first environment or Microsoft partner organization.
