Overview:
The Customer Growth Manager role is focused on increasing customer value, retention, and revenue. This person will serve as a Player / Coach within the Customer Support department.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Experience: Industrial B2B sales of configurable products.
Achieve monthly Customer Support Team Bookings Goals.
Ability to show your team how to present RFQ options that increase our chances of winning an order.
Manage Customer Support coverage schedules.
Evaluate and manage the performance of the team.
Provide directions on warranty claims and RTS credits, where the outcome requires approval.
Conduct effective stand-up & department meetings.
Know how to communicate upward & throughout the organization.
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
Management of people
B2B Industrial Product Sales to distributors or repair centers.
Customer development
Revenue generation
Goal setting, tracking, and analytics
